Seasoning

Wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry completely. Then apply a small amount of food-grade mineral oil to the board and let sit for a few hours to absorb into the wood before using.

Cleaning

HexClad products are crafted to last. To clean your knife block, wipe it with a damp towel. Please avoid using steel wool or other abrasive washing material. We recommend drying your cutlery before returning it to the knife block.
